Manitobans for Human Rights (MHR) is excited to announce the 5th annual Torch of Dignity Relay, with this year’s theme being “Manitobans Stepping-up for Human Rights and Human Dignity”. MHR has reimagined this year’s Torch to be held as an online event, featuring our “Stepping-Up” social media campaign running from August 3-22, 2020, and our Facebook Live Stream event on August 23, 2020
