MEJC will host a celebratory and strategic planning gathering on Nov 18-19th, 2022 to reconnect as a community, reflect on our recent work, and look to the coming year.
The gathering is open to all past and current MEJC volunteers and supporters, as well as those who would like to get involved going forward. We also welcome folks from other community organizations that MEJC collaborates with who would like to help us chart our next steps.
When: Nov 18 (6-9pm) and Nov 19 (10am-5pm)
Where: Prairie Theatre Exchange - Portage Place 3rd floor (393 Portage Ave)
The gathering will be in person (with COVID protocols in place), with online participation available for most sessions. If you would like to participate online via Zoom, please email [email protected] to let us know and we will share the link and details with you.
COVID protocols: Everyone attending in person must be vaccinated and commit to wearing a mask at all times that you are not actively eating or drinking. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and participate via Zoom to help keep us all safe.
Dinner Friday night will be provided with gluten free and vegetarian options.
